Delivery charges
Delivery charges, for Pakistan and international orders, are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your outfit.
Processing time
- Ready-to-ship pieces are dispatched within 7 days of your order.

Delivery time within Pakistan
Once your order is ready, it should reach you within approximately 5 to 7 business days.
International delivery
International orders are shipped with our logistics partners, who set the delivery times. Your estimated delivery time depends on your country and is [shown at checkout / confirmed by email after you order]. Delays caused by customs clearance or the courier are outside our control.
Customs and duties
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or clearance fees charged by the destination country. These are not included in our prices and are the customer's responsibility. Please check your local customs rules before ordering.
Cash on delivery
[Available within Pakistan only. International orders are prepaid by card.] Please keep the exact amount ready for the rider. Under courier COD terms, the courier will not allow the package to be opened before payment.
Order tracking
When your order ships, we send the tracking details by email and WhatsApp.
Delivery problems
If your order is delayed, damaged in transit or marked delivered but not received, contact us at [email] or WhatsApp [number] and we will sort it out with the courier.
Incorrect address
Please check your address and phone number before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect details.
